- Proven experience in training coordination or a related field.
- Familiarity with fragrance and beauty products.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Proficiency in translating and localizing content.
Experience in training coordination within the luxury retail sector, particularly in fragrance and beauty.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred.
