1. Coordinate the preparation of training sessions, ensuring all materials, tools, and logistics align with Chanel's high standards.
2. Maintain and update fragrance training materials based on directives from head and regional offices.
3. Review, translate, and localize training content to suit local market needs.
4. Facilitate and deliver training programs for Beauty Advisors, including Basic School for new hires and refresher courses.
5. Conduct training sessions for duty-free Chanel Beauty Advisors and generic staff.
6. Incorporate feedback from customer satisfaction surveys and mystery shopper programs into training solutions.

1. Proven experience in training coordination or a related field.
2. Familiarity with fragrance and beauty products.

1. Strong organizational and coordination skills.
2. Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
3. Proficiency in translating and localizing content.

Experience in training coordination within the luxury retail sector, particularly in fragrance and beauty.

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred.
