4. Facilitate and deliver training programs for Beauty Advisors, including Basic School for new hires and refresher courses.
5. Conduct training sessions for duty-free Chanel Beauty Advisors and generic staff.
6. Incorporate feedback from customer satisfaction surveys and mystery shopper programs into training solutions.

1. Proven experience in training coordination or a related field.
2. Familiarity with fragrance and beauty products.

Experience in training coordination within the luxury retail sector, particularly in fragrance and beauty.

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred.
