Chanel Training Coordination Assistant and Receptionist

- Coordinate training events, including sending invitations, managing enrolments, and maintaining attendance records.
- Oversee catering logistics, liaising with suppliers and managing inventory.
- Provide administrative support to the Training Events & Coordination Manager and the House of Learning team.
- Assist with travel and accommodation arrangements for training delegates.
- Serve as the primary point of contact at reception, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests and learners.
- Manage room bookings, schedule viewings, and update calendars.
- Handle deliveries, coordinate couriers, and manage inventory of supplies.
- Support the Training Director with diary management, travel bookings, and expense management.
- Collaborate with IT, security, and maintenance teams to address operational issues.
- Exceptional organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and diary management.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Warm and approachable demeanor with a passion for creating positive experiences.
- Self-motivated and proactive problem-solving skills.
- Sound judgment and decision-making abilities.
Previous experience in a similar role within a fast-paced, customer-focused environment is preferred.
