1. Support trainers in digital learning tasks and contribute to the development of a blended learning approach.
2. Report directly to the Digital Learning Manager and collaborate as a key member of the team.
3. Create and edit digital mobile learnings in collaboration with the team.
4. Follow the communication plan for digital mobile applications, including copywriting and content calendar management.
5. Assist in presentations and analyses for in-class and digital training sessions.
6. Oversee the translation of learning materials into local languages, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
7. Support and co-define the learning strategy.
8. Engage in daily communication with various departments and learning communities.
9. Co-create and follow up on the Beauty Advisor engagement program, including training activities, results, and communication plans.
10. Organize training and events on-site and act as project manager for external training sessions.
11. Define, implement, and monitor the training schedule.
12. Manage and update team schedules, inventory, and orders for training materials, gifts, and uniforms.
13. Communicate through retailer networks and the CHANEL e-learning mobile application.
14. Support the organization of digital events in collaboration with other departments.
15. Assist in preparing training spaces, gifts, and guest reception.

1. Fluent in Dutch and English, with French as a plus.
2. Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Hotel Management, Marketing, Sales, Event Management, Communication and Media, Public Relations, Human Resources, or Psychology.

No prior experience required, but a strong interest in fragrance and beauty is essential.

Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in relevant fields.
