Chanel Top Client Development Assistant

- Develop and enhance client engagement, experience, and relationships with VICs, existing top clients, potential top clients, and C group clients from boutiques.
- Support the execution of yearly top client events, including catering, gifting, and client targeting.
- Collaborate with the event team to develop top client event formats within global guidelines.
- Execute and support local events and actions, aligning with top client gifting strategies and boutique allocations.
- Support Art & Culture top client actions.
- Propose and evolve performance measurement formats, consolidate and monitor results to refine strategy recommendations.
- Establish feedback forms and KPIs to evaluate and improve the effectiveness of client activities.
- Set target KPIs and follow up on Seoul Flagship incentive scheme KPIs.
- Report on competitor top client actions.
- Support boutiques with top client relationship development, event/trip entertainment, and provide advice on individual approaches.
- Consolidate and support boutique high-tea services.
- Support monthly boutique CEM expertise group meetings.
- 2-5 years of luxury client relationship experience, preferably in event management or public relations.
- Experience in fashion and client support is advantageous.
- Fluency in both Korean and English; proficiency in French is a plus.
- Excellent skills in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong connection with local culture, heritage, and lifestyle trends.
- Deep knowledge and understanding of Korean luxury clients.
- Sophisticated understanding of luxury retail and customer service.
- Solid level of sophistication in art, cuisine, and winery.
2-5 years of luxury client relationship experience, preferably in event management or public relations.
