1. Drive the performance of Timepieces and Fine Jewelry (TFJ) in the boutique, focusing on high-end product sales, client recruitment, conversion, and upgrade.
2. Serve as the technical expert for TFJ, providing guidance during in-boutique and external fashion events.
3. Share knowledge and coach team members, establishing oneself as the reference for watchmaking and fine jewelry.
4. Lead TFJ-related boutique operations, including stock optimization, after-sales service, category reporting, and customer satisfaction.
5. Maintain a professional and sophisticated image in line with Chanel standards.

1. Passion for luxury watches, fine jewelry, and fashion.
2. Expertise in TFJ products, including high-end and complicated pieces.
3. Ability to build relationships with clients and personalize their journey.
4. Understanding of basic Customer Experience Management (CEM) activities.
5. Strong administrative skills.

Experience in luxury retail, particularly in watches and fine jewelry, is preferred.
