- Collaborate with the boutique team to achieve monthly sales targets for timepieces and fine jewelry.
- Provide regular qualitative feedback to the Boutique Manager and Product Manager regarding collection performance and product quality.
- Enhance product visibility by working with the Boutique Manager and Product Manager on challenging items and liaising with the merchandising team.
- Maintain the ready-to-wear environment and partner with the Visual Merchandiser team on product launches and display changes.
- Coordinate with the stock team on stock requests and facilitate stock transfers between boutiques.
- Assist Fashion Advisors in presenting collections to customers, emphasizing technical knowledge.
- Act as a brand ambassador, transmitting Chanel's values and culture to clients and building strong, lasting relationships.
- Ensure all customer service and after-sales requests are handled according to guidelines.
- Conduct in-store training sessions and provide updates on new launches.
- Coach and share market knowledge in fashion, watches, and fine jewelry with the team.
- Orientate new staff on the Timepieces and Fine Jewelry category.
- Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, preferably in luxury retail.
- Experience with international watch and fine jewelry brands.
- Proven ability to handle high-profile clientele.
- Strong knowledge of watch and fine jewelry collections, including technical expertise.
- Basic alteration skills.
- Familiarity with competitive trends in the watch and fine jewelry market.
- Excellent communication skills.
- High level of sophistication and refinement.
- Ability to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
A minimum of 3 years in sales, with a preference for experience in luxury retail and handling high-profile clientele.
