1. Participate actively in strategic planning and development of the territory.
2. Collaborate with stores, headquarters, and suppliers to ensure uniformity of Chanel standards and objectives.
3. Train and support the personal development of account managers and counter managers to achieve sales targets and desired customer service standards.
4. Build professional relationships with store managers and sales leaders to ensure optimal business development partnerships.
5. Ensure adherence to Chanel's marketing program.
6. Inspire, educate, and motivate account and counter managers.
7. Develop beauty advisors to support succession planning.
8. Ensure 100% compliance with the training plan.

1. Minimum of five years of experience as a Territory Manager or Account Manager in the industry.
2. Experience in the Beauty/Prestige Beauty industry and with various suppliers is an asset.
3. Strategic planner with strong communication and follow-up skills.
4. Ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve objectives.
5. Self-motivated and capable of working independently and as part of a team.
6. Flexibility and adaptability to change.
7. Bilingual in French and English, both spoken and written.
