- Participate actively in strategic planning and development of the territory.
- Collaborate with stores, headquarters, and suppliers to ensure uniformity of Chanel standards and objectives.
- Train and support the personal development of account managers and counter managers to achieve sales targets and desired customer service standards.
- Build professional relationships with store managers and sales leaders to ensure optimal business development partnerships.
- Ensure adherence to Chanel's marketing program.
- Inspire, educate, and motivate account and counter managers.
- Develop beauty advisors to support succession planning.
- Ensure 100% compliance with the training plan.
- Minimum of five years of experience as a Territory Manager or Account Manager in the industry.
- Experience in the Beauty/Prestige Beauty industry and with various suppliers is an asset.
- Strategic planner with strong communication and follow-up skills.
- Ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve objectives.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility and adaptability to change.
- Bilingual in French and English, both spoken and written.
