- Deliver exemplary, personalised client service and maintain Chanel’s standards of discretion and professionalism on the sales floor.
- Develop and maintain client relationships through proactive clienteling, follow-ups and appointment management to maximise lifetime value.
- Demonstrate authoritative product knowledge across ready-to-wear, accessories, leather goods and fragrance to guide client purchases and upsell appropriately.
- Execute visual merchandising and presentation directives to ensure the boutique reflects seasonal concept and brand aesthetic.
- Process sales transactions accurately, manage returns and exchanges, and maintain cash-handling and POS integrity.
- Support stock management activities: receive deliveries, perform stock counts, replenish floor stock and communicate inventory needs to management.
- Contribute to meeting store sales targets and KPIs; participate in promotional events and private client appointments as required.
- Adhere to loss-prevention, compliance and service procedures while representing the brand with professionalism.
- Proven ability to deliver a high level of personalised customer service in a retail environment.
- Strong commercial awareness with the ability to drive sales and meet targets.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, poise and a service-oriented demeanour appropriate to a luxury environment.
- Flexibility to work retail hours including weekends, evenings and peak trading periods.

Minimum one year of retail experience, preferably within high-end or luxury fashion. Prior boutique or brand experience is highly desirable.
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or coursework in fashion, retail or sales is advantageous.
