1. Deliver a high-touch, personalised client experience to cultivate long-term relationships and maximise client retention.
2. Achieve individual and boutique sales targets through proactive client outreach, servicing appointments and in-store conversion.
3. Provide expert product knowledge across ready-to-wear, accessories and leather goods; advise clients on styling and product selection.
4. Maintain boutique standards of presentation, visual merchandising and housekeeping in line with Chanel guidelines.
5. Execute clienteling activities including CRM updates, follow-up communications and appointment scheduling.
6. Support stock management tasks: receive, organise and reconcile merchandise; assist with inventory and transfers.
7. Operate point-of-sale systems and handle cash, card and workshop transactions with accuracy and discretion.
8. Collaborate with the boutique team on events, private appointments and promotional initiatives as required.

1. Proven experience in luxury or premium retail sales; prior boutique or brand experience preferred.
2. Exceptional interpersonal skills with a customer-centric, service-first orientation.
3. Strong commercial acumen and ability to meet sales objectives under boutique KPIs.
4. Fluency in Turkish and professional working knowledge of English to engage international clientele.
5. Flexible availability including weekends and peak seasonal periods; professional grooming and presentation.
