1. Update and structure databases using Excel.
2. Create a summary file of key performance indicators for activity tracking using PowerPoint and Power BI.
3. Optimize the CMMS platform, including layout adjustments, user guide creation, and data utilization.
4. Draft internal procedures for the audiovisual team.
5. Develop user guides for employees and an onboarding guide for new technicians.
6. Design a SharePoint site showcasing meeting rooms with photos, equipment, and capacities.
7. Create a roadmap for the preparatory stages of corporate live events.
8. Monitor maintenance activities in collaboration with the technical team.
9. Inspect meeting room equipment, identify issues, and report incidents.
10. Organize logistics related to audiovisual equipment management, including inventory and disposal or donation.

1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent in General Services, Audiovisual, IT, Management, or Workplace Environment.
2. Initial experience in a similar setting (employee services, audiovisual, etc.).

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) and Office 365 tools (SharePoint), with a preference for Power BI and Power Platform.
2. Strong organizational skills, autonomy, and attention to detail.
3. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
4. Motivation, versatility, and a strong service orientation.

Initial experience in a similar setting, such as employee services or audiovisual environments, is preferred.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in relevant fields.
