Chanel Technical Development Project Manager

- Coordinate the initiation of industrialization from the initial workshops in collaboration with the Development team, Industrialization Project Managers, and Quality - Continuous Improvement team.
- Lead the pre-industrialization phase during development, participating in workshop debriefs and supporting manufacturers in France and Italy.
- Drive cost optimization strategies while respecting creative intent and technical requirements.
- Monitor model changes to ensure technical and cost alignment with specifications.
- Support the Industrialization Project Manager and Quality team during production phases.
- Manage new product development projects outside of collection timelines, ensuring adherence to quality, cost, and delivery (QCD) standards.
- Contribute to technical and quality continuous improvement plans.
- Engineering or Technical degree with a focus on materials, metallurgy, or leather.
- Minimum of 10 years experience in the design/industrialization of metal components.
- Experience working with a creative studio or designers.
- Proficiency in French, Italian, and English.
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills.
- Proactive communication and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in Excel and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) tools.
A minimum of 10 years in the design and industrialization of metal components, with significant experience in cost management.
Engineering or Technical degree in materials, metallurgy, or leather.
