1. Coordinate the initiation of industrialization from the initial workshops in collaboration with the Development team, Industrialization Project Managers, and Quality - Continuous Improvement team.
2. Lead the pre-industrialization phase during development, participating in workshop debriefs and supporting manufacturers in France and Italy.
3. Drive cost optimization strategies while respecting creative intent and technical requirements.
4. Monitor model changes to ensure technical and cost alignment with specifications.
5. Support the Industrialization Project Manager and Quality team during production phases.
6. Manage new product development projects outside of collection timelines, ensuring adherence to quality, cost, and delivery (QCD) standards.
7. Contribute to technical and quality continuous improvement plans.

1. Engineering or Technical degree with a focus on materials, metallurgy, or leather.
2. Minimum of 10 years experience in the design/industrialization of metal components.
3. Experience working with a creative studio or designers.
4. Proficiency in French, Italian, and English.

1. Strong analytical and synthesis skills.
2. Proactive communication and organizational abilities.
3. Proficiency in Excel and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) tools.

A minimum of 10 years in the design and industrialization of metal components, with significant experience in cost management.

Engineering or Technical degree in materials, metallurgy, or leather.
