Chanel Technical Coordination and Quality Assistant — Textile Accessories

- Support the technical coordination between design, product development and production for textile accessories (specifications, trims, performance requirements).
- Prepare and maintain technical packs, spec sheets and measurement charts for samples and production.
- Coordinate sample development, approvals and revisions with internal teams and external suppliers; manage sample tracking and version control.
- Participate in quality control activities: inspections, non‑conformity identification, root‑cause follow-up and corrective action tracking.
- Liaise with suppliers and ateliers to ensure material and trim compliance with internal quality standards and timelines.
- Monitor production schedules and escalate delays or quality risks to the technical manager.
- Ensure accurate documentation in product lifecycle systems and support reporting on quality KPIs and sample status.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to streamline handoffs between design, development and production.
- Enrolled in a higher-education program in fashion product development, textile engineering, industrial design, or quality management (apprenticeship/alternance eligible).
- Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail and a methodical approach to documentation.
- Good interpersonal and written communication skills for supplier and cross-functional collaboration.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and to work to tight development and production schedules.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to follow up on corrective actions and interpret quality findings.

Previous internship or project experience in product development, quality control or technical merchandising is desirable but not mandatory; demonstrable coursework or studio experience with accessories and textile materials is an asset.
Currently pursuing a degree in fashion/product development, textile engineering, industrial product design, quality management or a closely related discipline (Bachelors/Masters or equivalent) and eligible for an alternance/apprenticeship contract.
