1. Serve as the technical authority for solutions, focusing on architecture, integration, performance, and security.
2. Define technical directions for IT and application projects.
3. Collaborate with development, design, and project management teams to ensure clear understanding of requirements.
4. Establish technical specifications in collaboration with architecture and development teams.
5. Create a framework of technical standards and procedures.
6. Analyze and identify technical risks, conducting comprehensive assessments to validate solutions.
7. Oversee technical aspects of projects and development work, making architectural decisions in alignment with the Functional Architect.
8. Guide development in corrections and enhancements of existing solutions.
9. Identify and resolve bugs, drive continuous code improvement, and ensure adherence to development best practices.
10. Support project teams in technical decision-making with educational insights and impact analysis.
11. Design test plans, supervise and conduct testing, and contribute to test documentation to ensure solution stability.
12. Maintain detailed technical documentation on solutions and projects.
13. Ensure the operability of solutions throughout the project lifecycle.
14. Provide technical support to the support team on implemented project evolutions.
15. Ensure proper implementation of technical monitoring and maintenance procedures, supervising application quality.
16. Conduct technological watch on D365 expertise and solutions, as well as ERP and MRP topics, recommending suitable innovations.
17. Manage the legacy maintenance team for AX2012 in collaboration with Level 1 & 2 application support and integration teams.

1. Proven expertise in Microsoft D365 and AX2012, particularly F&O, CRM, and vendor portals.
2. Engineering degree with a specialization in computer science.
3. Minimum of 8 years of experience as a Tech Lead in an international company or IT services firm, preferably in retail or after-sales industries.
4. Methodical approach, problem-solving skills, and crisis management capabilities.
5. Technical curiosity and ability to analyze problems and propose solutions.
6. User-oriented mindset with an understanding of after-sales and e-commerce logistics operations.
7. Strong relational, communication, and leadership skills to integrate and lead project teams.
8. Proficiency in English.
