Chanel Team Manager — Ready-to-Wear (Harrods)

- Lead and coach the Harrods Ready-to-Wear team to consistently achieve and exceed sales and KPI targets while maintaining exemplary client service standards.
- Develop and execute clienteling strategies, ensuring personalised follow-up, VIP servicing and proactive relationship building with high-net-worth clients.
- Drive daily boutique operations: sales floor coaching, visual merchandising adherence, stock control, receiving and replenishment, and loss-prevention procedures.
- Recruit, train and develop team members; conduct performance reviews, set objectives, and implement individual development plans to raise capability and motivation.
- Create and present regular sales and inventory reports to regional management; analyse trends and translate insight into actionable commercial initiatives.
- Ensure brand standards across presentation, client experience, and corporate compliance; liaise with Harrods department management and Chanel regional teams to align on promotions and events.
- Proven track record in luxury retail management, ideally within ready-to-wear or fashion accessories environments.
- Demonstrable commercial acumen with experience delivering against sales targets and KPIs in a high-volume luxury setting.
- Strong leadership and people-development experience, including recruitment, coaching and performance management.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a client-centric approach and the ability to cultivate and retain high-value clients.
- Right to work in the UK and availability to work retail hours including weekends and department store peak periods.

Minimum three years of progressive retail experience, with at least one year in a supervisory or managerial role within luxury fashion or premium department store concessions.
Secondary education required; bachelor's degree in fashion, retail management, business or a related discipline preferred.
