1. Conduct technical studies in both international and national taxation.
2. Assist in intra-group restructuring operations from a tax perspective, including mergers and capital operations.
3. Supervise tax declarations and compliance obligations.
4. Prepare and monitor tax audits.
5. Organize and maintain the tax department's operations.
6. Draft correspondence, memos, meeting minutes, and internal procedures.
7. Engage in continuous tax monitoring.

1. Advanced degree (Bac+5) in Law or Business School, with CRFA obtained or in progress.
2. Previous experience in a law firm or corporate tax department (internship or professional contract).

1. Expertise in French or international taxation, real estate taxation, and transfer pricing.
2. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
3. Team-oriented with excellent communication skills.
4. Ability to explain complex tax concepts to non-specialists.
5. Fluent in English.

A minimum of one prior internship or professional experience in a tax-related role within a law firm or corporate environment.

Advanced degree (Bac+5) in Law or Business School.
