1. Participate in technical studies on international and national taxation.
2. Assist in intragroup restructuring operations from a tax perspective, including mergers and capital operations.
3. Support the supervision of tax declarations and obligations.
4. Aid in the preparation and monitoring of tax audits.
5. Contribute to the organization and maintenance of the tax department.
6. Draft correspondence, memos, meeting minutes, and internal procedures.
7. Engage in continuous tax monitoring.

1. Advanced degree (Bac+5) in Law or Business School, with CRFA obtained or in progress.
2. Previous experience in a law firm or corporate tax department (internship, professional contract, etc.).

1. Proficiency in French and international taxation, real estate taxation, and transfer pricing.
2. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
3. Team-oriented mindset with an ability to educate non-tax professionals.
4. Fluency in English is essential.

Previous experience in a law firm or corporate tax department is required.

Advanced degree (Bac+5) in Law or Business School.
