1. 8 to 10 years of experience in Talent Management within large, diverse organizations.
2. Proven capabilities in Executive and Leadership hiring within a multinational, matrix environment.
3. Experience in facilitating senior leadership meetings and developing leadership solutions.

1. Proficiency in Workday and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
2. Ability to challenge existing processes constructively and propose improvements.
3. Strategic thinking and ability to connect patterns to drive talent outcomes.
4. Exceptional communication skills tailored to diverse stakeholders.
5. Ability to work independently and make sound decisions autonomously.

8 to 10 years of experience in Talent Management, specializing in talent strategies for large organizations.
