- Proficiency in Workday and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to challenge existing processes constructively and propose improvements.
- Strategic thinking and ability to connect patterns to drive talent outcomes.
- Exceptional communication skills tailored to diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions autonomously.
8 to 10 years of experience in Talent Management, specializing in talent strategies for large organizations.
