Chanel Talent Manager

- Design, manage, and deploy the Talent Development strategy for the Fragrances & Beauty division in collaboration with HR teams.
- Lead talent cycles including Talent Review, Performance@CHANEL, and mobility committees.
- Facilitate the Performance@CHANEL cycle by training managers and ensuring effective communication.
- Create and implement development programs tailored to business challenges and talent needs.
- Animate the HR and Talent community by sharing best practices and fostering cultural influence.
- Manage internal communication initiatives to highlight Talent Development efforts.
- Administer and analyze Talent data to support strategic decision-making.
- Monitor industry trends and propose innovations to enhance Talent offerings.
- Minimum of 5 years of HR experience in talent development, project management, and employee support.
- Exceptional interpersonal and emotional intelligence skills.
- Autonomous with critical and strategic thinking abilities.
- Creative and imaginative with a passion for innovation.
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in digital tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, and HRIS software.
A minimum of 5 years in HR roles focusing on talent development, project management, and employee support.
