1. Participate in the recruitment process and activity monitoring, including manager briefings, updating job postings, candidate sourcing, and conducting preliminary phone screenings.
2. Manage and develop young talent, including organizing workshops and events for interns and apprentices, and conducting mid-term and end-of-term interviews.
3. Create, monitor, and analyze HR dashboards and KPIs related to recruitment, school relations, and budget tracking for internships and apprenticeships.

1. Currently pursuing a Master's degree (Bac+4/5) in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
2. Previous experience in Human Resources, particularly in talent development or recruitment, is preferred.

1. Proficiency in both English and French, written and spoken.
2. Strong ability to work in a dynamic and demanding environment.
3. Demonstrated agility, proactivity, and attention to detail.
4. Excellent teamwork skills.

Ideal candidates will have prior experience in Human Resources, especially in talent development or recruitment, either in a consultancy or in-house HR department.

Pursuing a Master's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
