Chanel Talent Acquisition Assistant

- Assist in the coordination and scheduling of interviews and meetings with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system with accurate candidate information.
- Support the Talent Acquisition team in sourcing and screening potential candidates.
- Prepare and distribute offer letters and other recruitment-related documentation.
- Assist in organizing recruitment events and career fairs.
- Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience in a recruitment or administrative role preferred.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and recruitment software.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a recruitment or administrative support role is preferred.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
