1. Participate in the recruitment process, including manager briefings and weekly recruitment meetings.
2. Update and disseminate job postings.
3. Conduct candidate research and identification.
4. Perform phone pre-qualifications and interview follow-ups.
5. Respond to candidate applications.
6. Track finalist candidates until their integration into the company.
7. Update the HR database.
8. Contribute to activity reporting construction.
9. Engage in transversal Talent Acquisition projects.
10. Consolidate talent pools and recommend profiles for entry-level positions.
11. Monitor emerging talent across all fields.
12. Stay informed about the latest trends in the fashion, luxury, lifestyle, and culture sectors.

1. Currently enrolled in a business school, university, or specialized school in Fashion Management or Human Resources.
2. Previous experience in a fashion house, luxury group, or recruitment firm.

1. Proficiency in English and French, both written and spoken.
2. Ability to thrive in a dynamic and demanding environment.
3. Demonstrated reactivity, agility, and rigor.
4. Strong teamwork capabilities.

Prior experience in a fashion house, luxury group, or recruitment firm is required.

Currently enrolled in a business school, university, or specialized school in Fashion Management or Human Resources.
