4. Complete and maintain detailed alteration records.
5. Participate in final fittings to ensure garment satisfaction.
6. Ensure timely delivery of altered garments to clients or Fashion Advisors.
7. Identify and discreetly recommend alterations that align with Chanel's stylistic vision.
8. Manage and document alteration processes, ensuring adherence to workshop schedules.
9. Estimate alteration times, provide clients with timelines and potential costs.
10. Assemble and finish garments to the highest standards, preparing them for client delivery.
11. Contribute to the boutique's performance by understanding and mastering Chanel's strategic objectives.
12. Adapt to boutique needs, including schedule flexibility and new tool utilization.
13. Conduct Morning Briefs to share alteration insights and expertise.
14. Maintain traceability of alteration records and manage supply levels.
15. Ensure the proper functioning of machines and tools, and order supplies as needed.

1. Formal training in Couture with significant experience in both flou and tailoring.
2. Passion for fashion and luxury industries.
3. Ability to handle urgent requests and problem-solve effectively.
4. Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong team player.
5. Highly organized, detail-oriented, with impeccable service orientation.
6. Proactive, curious, and open-minded.
7. Intercultural openness.

1. Advanced sewing and tailoring techniques.
2. Strong communication and client service skills.
3. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
4. Fluent in English.

Significant experience in couture, specifically in flou and tailoring.

Formal training in Couture.
