1. Conduct eco-responsible sourcing of materials and trimmings for uniform collections.
2. Order prototype supplies and negotiate pricing and timelines with suppliers and manufacturers.
3. Initiate and analyze laboratory and specific tests for raw materials.
4. Validate quality and color specifications, and manage material forecasts and stock levels.
5. Develop collection plans and manage the evolution of product lines.
6. Coordinate eco-responsible transformation initiatives and product certifications.
7. Oversee KPI analysis related to the Uniforms activity, collaborating with IT teams on new tool deployment.

1. Technical expertise in textiles.
2. Proficiency in supplier negotiation and relationship management.
3. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
4. Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

1. Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office proficiency.
2. Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Orliweb, or Anaplan.
3. Strong analytical skills and numerical proficiency.
4. Excellent teamwork and communication skills.

Previous experience in textile sourcing and development within the luxury fashion industry is required.

A degree in Textile Engineering, Fashion Management, or a related field is preferred.
