Chanel Sustainable Procurement Officer

- Contribute to the deployment and monitoring of the 'Blooming' sustainable procurement strategy in close collaboration with procurement teams, CSR teams, and key suppliers.
- Identify and track climate, environmental, and social transformation initiatives across the supply chain.
- Support suppliers in addressing sustainability challenges and quantify the impact of deployed actions on the value chain.
- Prepare and facilitate internal and external working groups to promote best practices and enhance team competencies.
- Enhance traceability in key packaging sectors such as aluminum, glass, paper/cardboard, and plastic.
- Deepen understanding of the climatic, environmental, and social issues associated with these sectors and their economic impacts.
- Develop ESG monitoring tools and dashboards (Excel, Power BI, etc.) and contribute to the methodology for measuring environmental and social performance in procurement.
- Structure and consolidate ESG procurement reporting in collaboration with relevant departments.
- Ensure the reliability of supplier environmental and social data to meet CSRD and governance body requirements.
- Contribute to the monitoring of corrective action plans following environmental and social audits conducted at suppliers.
- Participate in regulatory monitoring and ensure compliance with Duty of Vigilance, CSRD, and standards such as ISO 20400 and RFAR.
- Master's degree in management, engineering, political science, or a related field with a specialization in sustainable development, responsible procurement, or sustainable supply chain.
- Proven initial experience in environmental and social performance, ideally related to supply chain transformation.
- Strong understanding of environmental, social, and governance issues in procurement.
- Proficiency in reporting and data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, etc.).
- Knowledge of reference frameworks: ISO 20400, CSRD, RFAR, Ecovadis (a plus).
- Autonomy, curiosity, rigor, and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Analytical and synthesis skills, ability to unite and influence without hierarchical authority.
- Fluency in English.

Master's degree in management, engineering, political science, or a related field with a specialization in sustainable development, responsible procurement, or sustainable supply chain.
