Chanel Sustainability Project Manager

- Lead and coordinate the eco-transformation strategy focusing on 'Nature-based and Circular solutions' across thematic commitments such as Climate, Water, Biodiversity, Waste, Animal Welfare, and Social Fairness.
- Support business teams by developing and managing tools for eco-transformation, including Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) and impact simulation tools, in collaboration with other sustainability departments.
- Facilitate ideation and awareness workshops on eco-transformation for internal teams.
- Collaborate with various departments such as Operations, Image, Supply, and others to integrate eco-transformation into existing processes.
- Conduct sustainability research to activate solutions for business needs.
- Participate in industry forums and working groups on sustainability issues related to the program.
- Prepare reports, assessments, and recommendations for management and stakeholders.
- Enhance the impact measurement culture by tracking sustainability KPIs in cooperation with ESG and performance teams.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management and/or eco-design.
- Advanced degree (Master's level) in engineering, environmental science, sustainable development, or industrial design.
- Proficiency in environmental analysis tools such as LCA and eco-design software.
- Strong facilitation, coordination, and change management abilities.
- Analytical mindset, attention to detail, pedagogical skills, and excellent communication.
- Fluency in both English and French.
A minimum of 3 years in project management or eco-design is required.
Master's degree in engineering, environmental science, sustainable development, or industrial design.
