1. Monitor and manage external partnerships within the sustainable fashion ecosystem.
2. Participate in meetings and webinars with external partners including sectoral working groups, NGOs, institutions, and universities.
3. Prepare reports, summaries, and tracking documents.
4. Conduct research on sustainability initiatives, innovation, and strategic partnerships in the fashion/luxury sector.
5. Organize internal events, including the preparation of an internal hackathon and other conferences, podcasts, and workshops.
6. Draft reports and consolidate learnings post-event.

1. Currently a student in the final year of studies or on a gap year with a strong interest in project management, partnerships, or event management in the field of sustainability.
2. Previous experience in project management, communication, partnerships, or event management is preferred.

1. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
2. Strong autonomy and interpersonal skills.
3. Proficiency in written and spoken English; additional language skills (such as Italian) are advantageous.
4. Strong writing skills.
