1. Support the operational follow-up of external partnerships and organize engaging internal and external events such as hackathons, conferences, and podcasts.
2. Participate in meetings and webinars with external partners including sectoral working groups, NGOs, institutions, and universities.
3. Prepare reports, summaries, and follow-up materials.
4. Conduct research on sustainable development initiatives, innovation, and strategic partnerships within the fashion and luxury sectors.
5. Actively participate in the preparation of internal hackathons, including scoping, presentation material preparation, and stakeholder identification.
6. Assist in the preparation of internal conferences, podcasts, workshops, and expert interventions.
7. Draft evaluations and consolidate learnings post-event.

1. Currently a student in the final year of studies or on a gap year with a strong interest in project management, partnerships, or event management within the sustainable development domain.
2. Ideally, prior experience in project management, communication, partnerships, or event management.

1. Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, autonomy, and interpersonal skills.
2. Strong writing skills and proficiency in English, both written and spoken. Additional language skills, particularly Italian, are advantageous.

Previous experience in project management, communication, partnerships, or event management is preferred.

Currently enrolled in a relevant academic program.
