1. Assist in the management of environmental and social impact projects within the Sustainability Roadmap of the Europe team.
2. Contribute to the initiation and management of pilot projects, documenting insights for potential large-scale deployment.
3. Support in defining and formalizing team needs for future project planning and propose improvement strategies.
4. Collect and analyze data related to specific projects, highlighting areas for improvement and suggesting impactful actions.
5. Monitor performance indicators through data collection and analysis.
6. Participate in the engagement and communication activities of the Sustainability Europe community.
7. Support awareness and communication initiatives of the team.
8. Assist in organizing key meetings for the Sustainability Europe community and document decisions made.

1. Currently a student passionate about environmental and social issues, preferably in a gap year or final year of studies.

1. Strong organizational skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
2. Analytical mindset with the ability to quickly understand diverse situations and propose suitable solutions.
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both French and English.

No prior professional experience is required, but a demonstrated interest in sustainability and project management is preferred.

Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program.
