Chanel Sustainability Development Assistant Intern

- Assist the Lead of Sustainable Development in implementing, organizing, monitoring, and consolidating various CSR projects within the Artistic Direction.
- Contribute to employee engagement actions and the development of e-learning training modules from existing documents.
- Collaborate with Artistic Direction teams and the Parfums Beauté learning team.
- Participate in the organization of key CSR communication and learning events within the Artistic Direction.
- Support the consolidation of Artistic Direction projects and track objectives.
- Animate CSR and Social Commitment communities within the Artistic Direction through meeting organization, follow-ups, and reporting.
- Assist in the deployment of a POS recycling platform in a pilot market.
- Currently enrolled in a Master's program in Sustainable Development or Business School with a focus on CSR.
- Previous internship experience in a corporate environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills including listening and adaptability.
- Excellent writing skills for synthesis and formulation.
- Autonomous, rigorous, organized, and a team player with a proactive attitude.
- Proficient in office software and digital tools.
Previous internship experience in a corporate setting is required.
Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Sustainable Development or Business Administration.
