1. Assist the Lead of Sustainable Development in implementing, organizing, monitoring, and consolidating various CSR projects within the Artistic Direction.
2. Contribute to employee engagement actions and the development of e-learning training modules from existing documents.
3. Collaborate with Artistic Direction teams and the Parfums Beauté learning team.
4. Participate in the organization of key CSR communication and learning events within the Artistic Direction.
5. Support the consolidation of Artistic Direction projects and track objectives.
6. Animate CSR and Social Commitment communities within the Artistic Direction through meeting organization, follow-ups, and reporting.
7. Assist in the deployment of a POS recycling platform in a pilot market.

1. Currently enrolled in a Master's program in Sustainable Development or Business School with a focus on CSR.
2. Previous internship experience in a corporate environment.

1. Strong interpersonal skills including listening and adaptability.
2. Excellent writing skills for synthesis and formulation.
3. Autonomous, rigorous, organized, and a team player with a proactive attitude.
4. Proficient in office software and digital tools.

Previous internship experience in a corporate setting is required.

Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Sustainable Development or Business Administration.
