Chanel Supply / Procurement Technician

1. Process and follow up purchase orders across the procurement cycle to ensure timely supply for production lines.
2. Coordinate daily communications with suppliers and logistics partners to track deliveries and resolve discrepancies.
3. Monitor stock levels and trigger replenishments to prevent production interruptions; support inventory reconciliations.
4. Manage goods receipt procedures, validate incoming material documentation and report non-conformities to quality teams.
5. Prepare and maintain purchasing documentation and records to ensure traceability and compliance with internal standards.
6. Liaise with internal stakeholders (planning, production, quality) to prioritise requisitions and expedite critical items.
7. Support supplier performance monitoring and contribute to continuous-improvement initiatives within the supply chain.
8. Contribute to data entry and maintenance of sourcing information within enterprise systems and spreadsheets.

1. Vocational diploma in Purchasing, Logistics, Supply Chain or equivalent (BTS/DUT or similar) or relevant professional experience.
2. Demonstrable experience in operational purchasing or materials management within a manufacturing environment.
3. Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail and proven ability to manage competing priorities.
4. Effective communicator, able to interact professionally with suppliers and cross-functional teams.
5. Problem-solving mindset with capacity to act decisively under time constraints.
6. Familiarity with procurement processes and regulatory/documentary requirements for inbound materials.

Approximately 1–3 years of hands-on experience in procurement, purchasing administration or materials management; experience within a manufacturing or luxury goods environment is highly desirable.

BTS/DUT or equivalent vocational qualification in Purchasing, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
