1. Oversee packaging operations within the European Fashion Operations & Innovation team.
2. Assist the Supply Chain Transformation Project Manager in managing various projects.
3. Enhance operational efficiency in packaging distribution across European fashion boutiques.
4. Support the Retail Transformation Project Manager in managing the total fashion stock process from global to boutique level.
5. Ensure the distribution of packaging assortments through monthly and annual forecasts, activity tracking, and restocking.
6. Conduct ad hoc analyses on product distribution to align with Chanel's strategic objectives.
7. Coordinate and evaluate distribution processes for continuous improvement.
8. Manage projects related to boutique openings, new references, and market communication.
9. Assist in the development and definition of projects aimed at transforming European Retail Fashion.
10. Manage stock packaging flows and reorders, and participate in process improvement projects.
11. Provide occasional support on boutique uniform projects and distribution of Fragrance & Beauty products.
12. Handle access management for internal Retail Mode Europe tools, ensuring compliance with internal audit rules.

1. Currently in the second part of a gap year or final year of a Master's program in engineering or business.
2. Fluency in both written and spoken English and French.
3. Experience in project management, business analysis, or retail operations is preferred.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
2. Strong analytical and synthesis capabilities.
3. Curiosity and a collaborative spirit.
4. Attention to detail and autonomy.
5. Functional knowledge of Power BI.
6. Operational pedagogy.

Preferred experience in project management, business analysis, or retail operations.

Master's degree in engineering or business (in progress).

Engagement in high-value operational efficiency and transformation projects serving European fashion boutiques and distribution centers. Development of a comprehensive understanding of European Fashion Packaging flows.
