1. Support the team in managing Visual Merchandising (VM) and Events allocations for each collection.
2. Consolidate event, opening, and display needs for each collection to integrate priority rules into ERP systems.
3. Analyze delivery schedule changes to assist Visual Merchandising and Events teams in finding alternatives for necessary looks.
4. Ensure effective communication of VM and Events priorities to global allocation teams to adapt global settings to event scales.
5. Oversee product allocation for events and displays, coordinating with distribution centers for logistical prioritization if needed.
6. Provide visibility to all teams involved with Visual Merchandising, Events, and Boutique orchestration through pre-event and event reporting.
7. Participate in alignment meetings on collection priorities with all stakeholders.

4. Exceptional interpersonal skills.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
2. Knowledge of Power BI and Anaplan is advantageous.

No specific experience required, but an affinity for luxury fashion and analytical tasks is preferred.

Currently pursuing a degree in a relevant field.
