1. Assist in managing the allocation and forecasting processes for each fashion collection worldwide.
2. Support the Allocation Lead in developing allocation strategies for all products within the Fashion Division across global boutiques.
3. Operationally manage allocation rules through the ERP system.
4. Establish delivery forecasts based on business priorities and collection launch strategies to ensure timely product availability in boutiques.
5. Coordinate product allocation for events and support Market Coordinators in addressing special client requests.

1. Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Engineering, or equivalent (Master's preferred).
2. Previous experience in logistics or purchasing is advantageous.
3. Fluency in English.

1. Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
3. Familiarity with Power BI is a plus.
4. Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills.
5. Initiative and strong communication abilities.

Ideal candidates will have prior experience in logistics or purchasing within the luxury sector.

Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Engineering, or equivalent. Master's preferred.
