1. Efficiently manage order placement in the SAP system, ensuring meticulous record-keeping.
2. Monitor and ensure timely delivery of shipments, collaborating with customer service teams in Paris.
3. Investigate and resolve shipment discrepancies.
4. Coordinate clearance and invoicing for UAE Local Markets in collaboration with distributors.
5. Regularly update order forms to align with product assortment and discontinued items.
6. Monitor Special Market orders to ensure alignment with budgetary constraints.
7. Provide timely information and address potential delays in new campaign orders.
8. Oversee last mile delivery to clients in adherence to established protocols.
9. Consolidate sales reports from various markets and retailers, providing accurate data to Fragrance & Beauty departments.

1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
2. 4+ years of experience in Supply Chain and the retail industry.
3. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
4. Effective communication and collaboration abilities.

1. Proficiency in SAP and Excel.
2. Strong organizational skills.
3. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
4. Excellent problem-solving capabilities.

A minimum of 4 years in supply chain management within the retail industry is required.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
