1. Assist in the preparation and implementation of product offerings, including updating and communicating internal client offers.
2. Organize order placements by buyers across all divisions, including Fashion, Fragrance & Beauty, and Watches & Fine Jewelry.
3. Coordinate operational needs of boutiques by liaising with internal services and distribution centers to manage product deliveries.
4. Support markets with daily requests and implement necessary actions to meet their needs, interfacing with internal services.
5. Contribute to continuous improvement and adherence to procedures, including reporting on orders and stock levels.
6. Conduct ad-hoc analyses to support operational efficiency.

1. Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree (Bac+4/Bac+5) with a focus on luxury and fashion.
2. Strong organizational and analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.

1. Fluency in English.
2. Proficiency in office software tools such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
4. Dynamic and proactive approach to tasks.

No prior experience required, but an interest in luxury fashion and supply chain management is essential.
