1. Provide operational support for Trade, Gratuit, and Retail flows alongside Supply Managers.
2. Ensure optimal service rates by managing allocation requests with Supply partners and informing internal partners about product availability.
3. Handle transporter follow-ups and returns.
4. Optimize stock allocation within the Retail network.
5. Participate in digital and innovation projects, contributing to process automation for continuous improvement.
6. Conduct weekly analysis of supply chain disruptions and communicate findings to boutiques and internal partners.
7. Monitor and share Power BI dashboards with boutiques and internal partners.
8. Propose new methods for sharing KPIs internally and externally to enhance logistical performance.
9. Prepare analyses to develop tailored action plans.

1. Bachelor's degree or higher (Bac+5 equivalent).
2. Fluency in French.

1. Strong organizational and analytical skills.
2. Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with Power BI is advantageous.
3. Excellent interpersonal abilities.
4. Understanding of logistical challenges.

Proven experience in management, supply chain, or operations is required.

Bachelor's degree or higher (Bac+5 equivalent).
