Chanel Supply Chain Assistant Intern

- Provide operational support for managing Trade, Free, and Retail flows alongside Supply Managers.
- Ensure optimal service levels by coordinating allocation requests with supply partners and informing internal partners about product availability.
- Manage transporter follow-ups and returns efficiently.
- Optimize retail stock through allocation arbitrage.
- Participate in digital and innovation projects, contributing to process automation for continuous improvement.
- Conduct weekly analysis of supply chain disruptions and communicate findings to boutiques and internal partners.
- Maintain and share Power BI dashboards with boutiques and internal partners.
- Propose new methods for sharing KPIs internally and externally to enhance logistics performance.
- Prepare analyses to develop tailored action plans.
- Bachelor's degree or higher (Bac+5) in a relevant field.
- Proven organizational, reactive, and meticulous work ethic.
- Strong understanding of logistics challenges.
- Proficiency in office tools, particularly Excel; familiarity with Power BI is advantageous.
- Comfortable with numerical data and analysis.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
Prior experience in Management, Supply Chain, or Operations is required.
Bachelor's degree or higher (Bac+5) in a relevant field.
