1. Support the transition to new information systems for repair and spare parts activities.
2. Gather functional requirements from various departments.
3. Map processes to ensure comprehensive coverage of the scope.
4. Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
5. Assist in centralizing and addressing system anomalies.
6. Report and track anomalies to ensure a smooth transition.
7. Implement performance measurement plans and conduct tests and analyses.
8. Deploy Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and seek improvements.
9. Contribute to team training and prepare training materials.
10. Update procedures as necessary.

1. Currently enrolled in a Master's program or equivalent in engineering, business, or a related field with a focus on supply chain, information systems, or customer relations.

1. Strong interest in information systems and business processes.
2. Excellent proficiency in IT tools and data analysis.
3. Curiosity, autonomy, and proactivity.
4. Strong analytical skills.
5. Excellent interpersonal and teamwork abilities.
6. Fluency in English.

No prior professional experience required, but a strong academic background in relevant fields is essential.
