Chanel Supplier Data and Experience Manager

- Create and modify customer and supplier accounts in SAP FI/COUPA, ensuring data consistency across systems.
- Communicate best practices for invoice documentation quality to streamline administrative processing.
- Serve as the first level of internal control.
- Manage daily operational tasks including creating and modifying customer and supplier profiles across Chanel entities.
- Verify bank details with clients and suppliers, applying callback procedures using My Sis ID platform.
- Ensure payment terms align with contractual conditions.
- Maintain supplier database integrity, handling automatic maintenance results and daily SAP/COUPA rejections.
- Update fiscal identifiers for accurate supplier recognition in invoice dematerialization tools and My Sis ID platform.
- Ensure the dematerialization and quality of supplier-issued invoices.
- Verify invoice flow quality and reception in Basware/Alusta/SAP tools.
- Analyze and resolve supplier recognition errors and invoice rejections.
- Handle ad-hoc support requests related to supplier activation or accounting feedback.
- Continuously improve paper invoice management, transforming them into digital flows (Cloudscan).
- Communicate P2P flow management best practices and internal control rules to external suppliers and internal teams.
- Assist suppliers with COUPA digital forms and BASWARE invoice submissions (Smart Pdf).
- Higher education in Commerce/Economics/Management (BTS and/or Master I or equivalent).
- Previous experience in a similar role within a demanding and responsive environment, ideally in an international company's third-party accounting team.
- Excellent communication skills for daily interaction with suppliers and internal Chanel services.
- Rigorous, organized, proactive, with strong interpersonal skills and team spirit.
- Proficiency in office tools, with SAP being advantageous.
- Fluency in English for daily written communication and oral interactions.
- Mandatory proficiency in French, with Italian being a plus.
A minimum of one year of experience in a similar role within a fast-paced, international environment.
Higher education in Commerce, Economics, or Management (BTS and/or Master I or equivalent).
