Chanel Subcontracting Project Manager

1. Conduct technical feasibility analyses of formulations in collaboration with subcontractors and formula experts, including regulatory, toxicology, microbiology, analytical, and efficacy specialists.
2. Contribute to and update the project schedule with the project group, including marketing, packaging, product qualification, industrial management, and purchasing.
3. Lead the homologation studies of subcontracted formulas in compliance with internal processes.
4. Coordinate with experts to monitor the progress of formula developments.
5. Represent formula expertise within the project group and communicate pertinent information and decisions.
6. Identify challenges and propose action plans to address them.
7. Oversee the stability and control tests to characterize the product.
8. Participate in the scale-up of formulas with subcontractors for pilot and initial industrial batch validation.
9. Manage technical elements of subcontractors in information systems and provide necessary documents for the General Regulatory Dossier.
10. Establish product specifications and train the site quality team on the specificities of developed products to ensure project transfer.

1. Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or related field.

1. Strong knowledge of skincare and toiletries formulations.
2. Excellent communication and synthesis skills.
3. Curiosity and ability to ask pertinent questions.
4. Proficiency in English is advantageous.

Minimum of 2 years in cosmetic product development, formulation, or pilot processes.

Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or related field.
