Chanel Subcontracting Project Manager

- Conduct technical feasibility analyses of formulations in collaboration with subcontractors and formula experts, including regulatory, toxicology, microbiology, analytical, and efficacy specialists.
- Contribute to and update the project schedule with the project group, including marketing, packaging, product qualification, industrial management, and purchasing.
- Lead the homologation studies of subcontracted formulas in compliance with internal processes.
- Coordinate with experts to monitor the progress of formula developments.
- Represent formula expertise within the project group and communicate pertinent information and decisions.
- Identify challenges and propose action plans to address them.
- Oversee the stability and control tests to characterize the product.
- Participate in the scale-up of formulas with subcontractors for pilot and initial industrial batch validation.
- Manage technical elements of subcontractors in information systems and provide necessary documents for the General Regulatory Dossier.
- Establish product specifications and train the site quality team on the specificities of developed products to ensure project transfer.
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or related field.
- Strong knowledge of skincare and toiletries formulations.
- Excellent communication and synthesis skills.
- Curiosity and ability to ask pertinent questions.
- Proficiency in English is advantageous.
Minimum of 2 years in cosmetic product development, formulation, or pilot processes.
Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or related field.
