1. Coordinate team activities in support of the Strategy & Transformation and Brand Communications teams.
2. Manage calendars and daily schedules for team leaders, including the Head of Strategy & Transformation and the Head of Brand Communications.
3. Develop creative presentations and manage communication planning, including coordination of guest speakers and event calendars.
4. Support teams with industry report summarization and qualitative reporting.
5. Organize travel and expense tracking for team leaders.
6. Schedule and manage logistics for meetings and events, including tech needs and catering.
7. Plan and execute key business outings and events in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
8. Track and order necessary supplies and assist with IT/HR program trainings.
9. Drive meetings and action items, ensuring regular updates with business leaders.

1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
2. Minimum of 2 years of corporate or relevant internship experience.
3. Understanding of the luxury brand environment is a plus.

2. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
4. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
5. Creative problem-solving skills and a service-oriented mindset.

A candidate with a minimum of 2 years of prior corporate experience and/or relevant internship experience is required.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $27-$37 per hour, with potential for additional variable pay, bonuses, and perks.
