1. Manage and support store and retrofit projects as a project manager, ensuring consistency in design and quality.
2. Coordinate between retail store design and visual merchandising requirements during the design stage.
3. Oversee vendor arrangements and tender processes, including selection through bidding and quotation reviews.
4. Supervise the procurement of import materials and manage quality control of production, installation, and construction on-site.
5. Ensure compliance with EHS and CSR standards and obtain LEED certification for boutique projects.
6. Conduct regular store safety checks and inspections, ensuring the safety of customers and employees.
7. Develop and manage annual maintenance budgets, ensuring cost efficiency through vendor management.

1. University degree in design, architecture, or construction engineering.
2. Minimum 10 years of experience in the design and construction field.

1. Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
2. Proficiency in graphic and drafting software (Photoshop, Illustrator, SketchUp, AutoCAD).
3. Strong verbal and written communication skills.

A minimum of 10 years in design and construction, with a focus on luxury retail environments.

University degree in design, architecture, or construction engineering.
