7. Develop and manage annual maintenance budgets, ensuring cost efficiency through vendor management.

1. University degree in design, architecture, or construction engineering.
2. Minimum 10 years of experience in the design and construction field.

1. Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
2. Proficiency in graphic and drafting software (Photoshop, Illustrator, SketchUp, AutoCAD).
3. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
