1. Assist Chanel country managers in meetings and negotiations to assess technical and budget information related to projects.
2. Manage relationships with brand partners, including department stores, malls, landlords, and co-boards.
3. Prepare preliminary schedules for projects, perform cost estimating and value engineering, and supervise day-to-day management of construction projects with local architects.
4. Coordinate with Chanel departments such as Image, Retail, Finance, Legal, Operations, and Real Estate to gather necessary information for projects.
5. Work with Image & Artistic Direction teams and external consultants on boutique design.
6. Select, hire, instruct, and negotiate costs with consultants and contractors in coordination with the Financial and Procurement Department.
7. Oversee project phases including programming, design, development, construction, and maintenance, ensuring adherence to timetables and brand requirements.
8. Develop and administer project budgets, fiscal controls, and quality control measures.
9. Monitor and coordinate work performed by field staff and construction firms, ensuring compliance with design specifications and regional policies.
10. Develop and manage maintenance processes for fashion store planning, ensuring alignment with brand image, schedule, and budget.
11. Engage with maintenance managers across countries to foster strong team communication and collaboration.

1. 7-8 years of experience in Architecture, with at least 5 years in Retail.
2. Experience in the luxury business or with major international fashion companies.

1. Analytical and project management skills.
2. Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and 3D visualization tools.
3. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
4. Strong written, verbal, presentation, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
5. Professional proficiency in French and English; additional languages are a plus.

7-8 years of experience in architecture, with a minimum of 5 years in retail environments, preferably within the luxury sector.

Master's degree in Architecture or Construction Engineering.
