1. Drive operational excellence in-store, ensuring compliance with health & safety, security, and company policies.
2. Serve as the primary contact for store teams on operational matters, resolving issues and ensuring seamless process execution.
3. Coordinate with internal and external partners to manage stock counts, budgets, uniform processes, and maintenance needs.
4. Oversee the operations budget for standalone boutiques and maintain the Retail Operations Manual.
5. Evaluate operational procedures to inform and deliver effective training for colleagues and new hires.
6. Support the planning and organization of the annual training conference.
7. Act as a key communicator between store teams, field teams, and central functions, ensuring timely information flow.
8. Manage key operational systems and facilitate staff training on operational processes.
9. Collaborate with the CRM team to optimize client data requisition and improve transaction processes.

1. Previous experience in retail management or retail operations.
2. Strong solution-focused mindset and exceptional organizational skills.
3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
4. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
5. Proven ability to manage systems and budgets effectively.
