1. Lead and manage the store's commercial performance, ensuring sales targets and profitability are met in accordance with the annual commercial plan.
2. Analyze sales metrics and implement strategies to enhance business performance.
3. Drive business development through local activations, client events, and strategic partnerships.
4. Ensure exceptional client experience, acting as the brand ambassador and maintaining high luxury service standards.
5. Manage client relationships and oversee clienteling practices to foster repeat business.
6. Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing retail team, fostering a positive and inclusive culture.
7. Ensure operational excellence in scheduling, inventory management, and compliance with company policies.
8. Execute visual merchandising in line with global guidelines, adapting to local market needs.
9. Prepare and submit business reports and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support brand initiatives.

1. Proven experience in building and developing high-performing retail teams.
2. Experience in high-end or luxury retail, preferably with menswear.
3. Demonstrated ability to drive sales and manage client relationships.

1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
2. Strong internal and external customer service capabilities.
3. Proficiency in clienteling and CRM systems.
4. Detail-oriented with strong multitasking abilities.

Experience in high-end or luxury retail, with a focus on menswear preferred.
