7. Ensure operational excellence in scheduling, inventory management, and compliance with company policies.
8. Execute visual merchandising in line with global guidelines, adapting to local market needs.
9. Prepare and submit business reports and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support brand initiatives.

1. Proven experience in building and developing high-performing retail teams.
2. Experience in high-end or luxury retail, preferably with menswear.
3. Demonstrated ability to drive sales and manage client relationships.
