Chanel Store Designer

- Translate Store Architecture briefs into design drawings in collaboration with the Senior Store Architect.
- Present design intent drawings to the Store Architecture team to agree on overall concepts.
- Produce finished visualizations in conjunction with external studios.
- Prepare and coordinate technical design packs for retailer submission.
- Manage project critical paths to ensure designs are on time and within budget.
- Collaborate closely with the Senior Store Architect to maintain creative coherence across all design projects.
- Assist the Store Architecture Project Management team with material research and prototype development.
- Source quotations for engineering and manufacturing and prepare tender reviews.
- Supervise shop-fitters to ensure compliance with brand guidelines and high standards of installation.
- Ensure timely delivery and distribution of components and drawings to relevant parties.
- Conduct factory visits and site surveys to review and approve fixtures and installations.
- Master’s degree in furniture or interior design/architecture.
- Experience in store design, preferably within a luxury cosmetic group.
- Proficiency in SKETCHUP and AUTOCAD.
- Intermediate skills in Adobe Suite and MS Office.
- Strong attention to detail and passion for design execution quality.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
Experience in interior and furniture design with a strong understanding of construction and carpentry. Previous collaboration with project management and various internal departments is essential.
Master’s degree in furniture or interior design/architecture.
