Chanel Stockroom Associate

1. Receive, inspect and process incoming deliveries, verifying quantities and condition against delivery documentation.
2. Manage stockroom organisation, ensuring items are stored according to brand handling standards and easily accessible for merchandising.
3. Replenish the sales floor promptly and accurately, coordinating with sales and visual teams to maintain presentation standards.
4. Conduct regular cycle counts and support full inventory audits, reconciling discrepancies and updating stock records.
5. Prepare goods for return, repair or transfer and complete associated paperwork in compliance with company procedures.
6. Operate barcode scanners and basic stock systems to record movements; maintain impeccable product cleanliness and packaging.
7. Support loss-prevention measures by monitoring stockroom access and adhering to security protocols.
8. Collaborate with store management to prioritise urgent requests during peak trading periods or special events.

1. Previous experience in retail stockroom, warehouse, or logistics role; luxury retail experience preferred.
2. Proven attention to detail and high standards for product handling and presentation.
3. Reliable, punctual and able to work flexible retail hours including weekends and peak seasons.
4. Ability to lift and move stock items safely and repeatedly during a shift.
5. Legal authorization to work in Italy.
