1. Maintain cleanliness and organization of back-of-house areas at all times.
2. Assist with back-of-house operations, including receiving, sorting, and distributing correspondence and organizing boutique inventories.
3. Ensure cash and wrap stations are prepared and stocked.
4. Prepare packaging and assist with gift wrapping as needed.
5. Communicate effectively with colleagues, management, and Chanel Head Office.
6. Provide exceptional customer service to colleagues, responding promptly to requests from clients, boutique management, and head office.
7. Work collaboratively within the team, ensuring memos and information notices are current and posted in relevant areas.
8. Maintain confidentiality of the company's commercial activities and internal affairs.

1. Experience in customer service and stock management.
2. Retail experience is advantageous.

2. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

4. Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
5. Professional presentation and behavior.

Previous experience in customer service and stock management is required. Retail experience is considered an asset.
