1. Maintain cleanliness and organization of back-of-house areas.
2. Assist with receiving, sorting, and distributing incoming and outgoing correspondence.
3. Prepare and organize boutique inventories.
4. Ensure cash and wrap stations are prepared and stocked.
5. Assist with packaging and gift wrapping as needed.
6. Communicate effectively with colleagues, management, and Chanel Head Office.
7. Provide exceptional customer service to colleagues and respond promptly to requests.
8. Ensure memos and information notices are current and posted appropriately.
9. Maintain confidentiality of the company's commercial activities and internal affairs.

1. Experience in customer service and stock management.
2. Retail experience is an asset.

Proven experience in customer service and stock management, with retail experience being advantageous.
