1. Maximize sales opportunities while maintaining Chanel standards in all areas.
2. Create a luxurious client experience by providing prompt, professional, and courteous stock support.
3. Support the Stock Manager and Stockist in inventory management, order processing, and adherence to internal guidelines.
4. Contribute to the development of customer relationships and convert walk-in traffic into loyal clients.
5. Organize inventory and execute orders efficiently.
6. Acquire and apply high standards of product knowledge and service skills.
7. Participate in and complete training programs to enhance service skills and product knowledge.

1. Minimum 2 years of related experience.
2. University degree.
3. Self-driven, positive, and independent.
4. Highly structured with strong organizational skills.
5. High degree of ethics and customer service orientation.
6. Fluent in English; additional languages are advantageous.
